PEORIA — Wally Zander raced with a heavy heart, but still managed to win his Street Stock feature Saturday night at Peoria Speedway.

Zander dedicated the victory to his father-in law Dick Weber, who died Friday morning. Zander earned the checkered flag in his No. 68 car by holding off Street Stock points leader John Farris and third-place finisher Keith Miller.

In the Late Model feature, Mike Spatola took first ahead of points leader Charley Hess. Roger Rebholz finished third.

Nathan Balensiefen claimed the Modified feature, in front of points leader Mike Chasteen, Jr. and third-place finisher Nicholas Lueth.

Matt Mackey increased his points lead with a victory in the Hornet feature, bettering second-place Brian Deavers and third-place Dustin Forbes.

In the SB Late Models feature, Graham Fate came in first in front of James Carmody and Matt Shannon. Chris Osborne, Jr. took the checkered flag in the Crate Model feature, with Nash Hilmes second and Joshua McKenrick third.
